How do we see breaches of Article A in the Novel Abomination?

cant be forced to work for others

Abomination / Jim
he locked up in the basement
he is held captive but not made to work

she is held in her house made to work
she isn't allowed to tell others about her life and household
she has to care for the abomination (feed him, change him and stop him yelling)
she was beaten by her parents
The author includes so we feel sorry for Martha and can understand/forgive her for keeping abomination in the basement
- yes he is now of captivity but no because the parents punished his other right have been needed eg right to education
yes- she isn't forced to be a slave to look after abomination she has more personal freedom
