1 pita casing per person
Lettuce
Cheese
Tomato
Grated carrot
¼ onions
1t oil
Sauces – tomato, bbq, mayo, hummus, chili
1 slice of ham
Sauté the onions together in a pan with oil, high-med heat
Chop and grate the vegetables you require
Place pita pockets in the microwave for 20 seconds
Cut open the pita pocket along the crease
Stuff pita pockets with required filings
This is the first lesson so we didn't get to take any photos.
The appearance of the pita pocket; my one broke but the filling still stayed in the pita pocket.
The taste; the taste was okay the tomato sauce overpowered.

Hi Keisha. A good start to this semester's blogs. Tomato sauce can be quite strong if you use too much. Did you consider using Sweet Chilli sauce instead? Keep up the good work.
